Oregon state workers are being urged to prepare for a zombie apocalypse, then, they’ll be ready for an earthquake or other emergency.
The Oregon Housing and Community Services agency is using zombies to spice up its annual safety week messages to employees.
The Statesman Journal reported the messages are the work of administrative services manager, Sandy McDonnell. She got the idea from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, which held a zombie preparedness campaign last year.
She says if you’re prepared for a zombie apocalypse you’re ready for any disaster.
