    Well, until they remove the scammers and the attorneys who back them, it’ll never happen. Look up the word “fraud” in the dictionary and it’ll soon include the state outline of California!

    I commented on the original article how useless this type of ranking is. It does not measure the correct data. However, I think your comment is still relevant in most states and especially a state like California. I think the fraud is encouraged out there and would suspect the state is taking their vig on it.

    INS101, from your comments it doesn’t look like you read either the study or the article on it. Please do your homework, tell us the “correct” data source for all 50 states that you’d use for such a study.
