Description
As a Global Client Advocate within Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB), you will be responsible for achieving overall financial performance of the client team through a variety of methods including maintaining & retaining a F1000/Large Account client portfolio, driving new sales with new clients by active prospecting, generating new expansion opportunities from existing clients, deploying resources efficiently to ensure profitability and developing and maintaining relationships with large clients and risk and finance buyers. Global Client Advocates focus on specific assigned large and/or complex clients/ prospects and are responsible for account planning, pricing and client profitability as well as delivering the highest level of customer service as a primary point of contact for clients in CRB.

Description

The Role
- Coordinate activities from across WTW to ensure excellence in the client experience
- Lead the RFP process for new and expanded opportunities
- Drive pricing of services and appropriate allocation
- Drive profitable growth from the assigned portfolio of clients and prospects
- Achieve target revenues in the following areas :
- Maintain a core book of revenue
- Achieve revenue growth by creating effective sales strategies to new clients or upsell to current clients
- Strong client retention
- Ensure all clients have an Independent Client Service review at least every two years
- Serve as the primary ‘portal’ to WTW for the client, bringing the right subject matter experts & resources to the opportunity to work collaboratively with the client in that space
- Build deep client relationships and manage the totality of the client relationship to meet Client KPIs and deliver excellence in the client experience
- Embrace the responsibility to demonstrate inclusive, positive, and colleague empowered leadership as a member of the Client Management function’s senior leadership team.
- Develop and use a deep understanding of WTW’s capabilities and expertise across the company
- Build diverse and inclusive teams through strategic internal and external talent identification and recruitment
- Develop and mentor others

The Requirements
- 15+ years of experience managing highly complex global accounts
- Must hold all regulatory licenses, certifications, or other requirements applicable under local/national legislation.
- Must be availability to travel on an as needed basis
- Prior experience working with C-Suite level required
- Industry focus specialization a plus
- Sales experience a definite plus
