Producer appointments available online in Ark.

LEO, an online producer/agency appointment feature offered by service provider Aithenti, has been launched in Arkansas, the state insurance department announced. This new online service will allow for direct appointments and/or agency (shared) appointments or terminations. The Arkansas Insurance Department said fees for online appointments/terminations can be paid by credit card and the transactions are completed in real time. After the appointment(s) or termination(s) are completed, results can be seen immediately.

Insurers or licensing services must register with Aithent to create their own user ID and password. The registration is for a one year period. Register with the service provider at https:\leo.aithent.com. Any questions about this service may be sent to leospecialist@aithent.com.
