Playing to Win Versus Playing to Not Lose

    Inspiring. There are some similarities to Leader vs. Follower although I like your distinction better. Of course playing to win not always results in a win in the short term and people tend to have short memories, myself included. And there lies the challenge of proper process oriented action vs. outcome driven actions. Most people want to win in the beginning…sticking with that plan is the hard part when results don’t come quickly. Good points nonetheless.
