With this newest addition Schinnerer provides protection for the organization, directors, officers and the employees administering a corporation’s pension and welfare plans. The employee benefit plans themselves will be covered against exposures concerning fiduciary responsibilities as defined by ERISA. In addition to D&O and fiduciary, Schinnerer’s current EPL program protects against wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and other related charges such as emotional distress, defamation and right to privacy violations.
