The employee benefit plans themselves will be covered against exposures concerning fiduciary responsibilities as defined by ERISA. In addition to D&O and fiduciary, Schinnerer’s current EPL program protects against wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment and other related charges such as emotional distress, defamation and right to privacy violations.
