Nuts & Bolts: Lemac General Agency Division in Orange, Calif., added a new BOP facility to complement its existing package facilities. The program features property, general liability, umbrella, EPLI and professional liability. There are 800 eligible classes for offices, retail, service, wholesale and high tech industries. Lemac also has another package facility that will take many of the risks that do not qualify for the BOP.
Dollars: GL deductibles range from 0 to $1,000. GL minimum premium is $400. GL limits up to $1 million per occurrence. Property deductibles range from $500 to $10,000. Property minimum premium is $400. Property limits to $3 million. The $400 minimum premium can apply to both lines combined.
Carrier: Rated “A” by A.M. Best.
States Available: All except Hawaii, Louisiana and Vermont.
