This product offers premises liability coverage to an owner or tenant hiring a general contractor to perform renovations or new construction work associated with either residential or commercial construction. Includes total contract cost up to $3 million, residential or commercial construction and new construction or renovation of existing structures.
Dollars:
Limits up to $1 million with a $2 million limit available. Deductibles vary by risk and the minimum premium is $1,000.
Carrier:
A national carrier rated “A++.”
States Available:
All states except Alaska, Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Louisiana, Nevada and Texas.
