Texas Nonsub-scribers is an alternative product for Texas employers who opt out of the Texas workers’ compensation system, and the UCC product is an Occupational Accident policy with limited Employers Legal Liability. Over 1,500 classifications are eligible for the program, which is available online.
Dollars:
Combined per occurrence limits range from $100,000 to $1,000,000; deduc-tibles range from $1,000 to $10,000. Minimum policy premium is $5,000. Weekly disability benefits range to $1,000, with benefit waiting periods starting at seven days. Flexible pay plans include four-pay and 10-pay.
