Nuts & Bolts: Professional Services include escrow services, title agent, arbitrator and/or mediator. Coverage extends to past, present and future members and employees of the firm; heirs, executors and administrators of insureds. Claim includes civil, criminal, administrative or arbitration proceedings. No retention for disciplinary and grievance proceedings. Defense provided for claims alleging dishonest, fraudulent, criminal or malicious acts of omissions. Innocent partner protection. Coverage provided for reasonable legal fees and expenses for the investigation of or defense in a state licensing board proceeding.
Dollars: Up to $25 million. Deductibles start at $1,000.
