Beginning in February, the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas Accredited Customer Service Representative program will be expanded to include a two-day program in life and health insurance. Developed in cooperation with the Life Underwriters Training Council, the program is co-sponsored with the Texas Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. Life and Health Essentials covers the basics of life, health and financial products and services, including personal and group benefits. It is designed for customer service staff working in life and benefit departments and personal CSRs who are responsible for information collection and quotes.
