The second annual Latin American Agents Association Trade Fair and Convention will roll into the Renaissance Long Beach Hotel May 3-6. “The LAAA was started by broker-agents for broker-agents, and we are here to help, in any way we can with legislation, education and information to our insurance community,” said LAAA President Andre Urena. “Our commitment to broker-agents is if you attend one of our events, you will come out of it with something new that you can use the next morning when you open your agency. We encourage all nationalities to attend.” Along with CE coursework, a number of activities are planned, including a town hall breakfast, salsa cruise and Sunday brunch. For information on the conference, call (626) 444-0999 or visit the website www.latinagents.com.
