W.E. Love & Assoc. Inc. in Burlington, N.C., recently decided to go high-tech with an iChannel Web-based electronic imaging and document management system that can be integrated with any agency management, policy system or accounting operation.
According to John H. Love, president and CEO, “service defines a managing general agency’s success or failure and we must adapt to changing technology if we wish to survive and prosper.” He found iChannel gives every agent a portal into his office from any location. The company will also use iChannel’s extranet option to improve direct communications and service to customers.
Blue Goose Agency Services of Jackson, Miss., an applied service provider, designed iChannel for the general agency market. According to Keith Aderhold, Blue Goose vice president of sales, iChannel’s Customer Relationship Management features are integrated with Microsoft Office™ and Outlook™. CRM allows the agency to build a centralized client contact and transition record to serve the client’s needs consistently and quickly.
