K. Patrick Armstrong has joined the executive team at New York-based ReSource Pro as a business process consultant. Armstrong will work with insurance agencies, brokers, MGAs and carriers to implement insurance process outsourcing. Patrick joins ReSource Pro with 20 years of insurance experience, most recently as vice president and principal of L.V. Toole Insurance Agency Inc. of Lee, Massachusetts. Prior to the Toole Agency, he was a reinsurance broker with PWS (USA) Inc. in New York.

Maryland-based RPS-ISG International has appointed Estelle Cummings as the company’s area vice president of sales for its CCBsure technology program. Cummings oversees new business production in ISG’s technology program. She has been active in the insurance industry for most of her professional life. The CCBSure insurance program focuses on technology and professional services businesses in all 50 states.

Allied World Assurance Co. has named Theana Iordanou as vice president and New York regional branch manager. Iordanou will be responsible for managing profit and loss for the New York region and will work with the business development team and underwriters to expand distribution and manage relationships with the brokerage community in the New York region. Prior to joining Allied World, she held a number of senior-level positions in the insurance industry.

USG Insurance Services Inc., a national wholesale broker of commercial insurance, has promoted Lucas Bacon to branch manager of its Canonsburg, Pennsylvania office. Bacon joined USG’s team in 2003, and most recently served as production manager in the Michigan office, where he was responsible for overseeing increased production in Michigan and contingent states. Prior to his career as USG, Bacon worked for a leading wholesaler as an underwriter and broker.

USG also announced the addition of Dawn Singleton as a senior underwriter/broker, specializing in professional and executive liability. Prior to joining USG, Singleton ran the financial products unit of a leading wholesaler, specializing in Executive/Professional Liability insurance placements.

Keystone Insurers Group has named Erica Grimm as head of it Employee Benefits Division in Pennsylvania. Grimm previously represented Emerson Reid & Co. as broker relationship manager responsible for the Keystone relationship.

New Jersey-based insurance brokerage The McIntyre Group has named Rick Killmeyer as marketing executive. He formerly served as sales manager of PC Helps Support in Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania, where he oversaw an eight-person sales team. He previously held various positions with banking firm HSBC.

Insurer Zurich has added two new executives to its Commercial Energy Casualty business unit. Greg Cropp, vice president of Energy Excess Casualty, joins Zurich’s U.S. Energy Excess Casualty team after nearly seven years with AIG, where he most recently served as senior vice president, Global Marine and Energy Excess Casualty. Prior to AIG, he served for 17 years at Chubb. Marie Gwin, vice president of Energy Primary Casualty, assumes her new role as vice president, Primary Energy Casualty after nearly 28 years with Zurich. She began as an underwriter in commercial insurance, and most recently served as vice president and chief underwriting officer for Energy Casualty.

The Travelers Cos. Inc has promoted Bill Cunningham to executive vice president of its Business Insurance segment. Cunningham began his career with Travelers in 1987 in Commercial Accounts and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility, including leadership roles in the Travelers Construction, National Accounts and Commercial Accounts businesses. He is also a member of the company’s management committee. He succeeds John Albano, who will take on a part-time role at Travelers.
