Brentwood Services Administrators (BSA), headquartered in Brentwood, Tenn., has hired Stephanie Bryant as senior claim representative in the Brentwood office. The company also announced it has promoted LaTronya Roberts on its Tennessee Claims Department team to the position of claim representative.

In her new position, Bryant’s duties include reviewing, processing, and handling workers’ compensation claims as assigned by Bonnie Moser, claims supervisor. Bryant determines the compensability of the claim and extent of liability; and communicates directly with clients, employers, injured workers, physicians, and attorneys.

Prior to joining BSA, Bryant was a senior workers’ compensation adjuster for Gallagher Bassett in Nashville, Tenn. She has over 20 years of experience in the field of workers’ compensation claims.

Roberts, who works under BSA Claims supervisor Shirley Mahorney, has increased responsibility for managing medical-only claims, loss-time, subrogation and settlements in an expanding client base of hospitals and clinics.

Previously, Roberts joined the company as a claim assistant supporting adjusters in the BSA Occupational Accident Department in April 2013. She was promoted to claim examiner II in July 2014, handling medical-only claims loss-time, subrogation and settlements. Before coming to BSA, she worked for Amerigroup as a customer services representative.

Brentwood Services Administrators Inc. provides claims management and loss control services to employers and employer associations with self-insured and large deductible programs for workers’ compensation and other casualty lines throughout the contiguous 48 states. BSA also provides underwriting, policy management and accounting services to association-sponsored pools and mutual insurance companies.

J.M. Wilson has added Justin Steigenga to their Charleston, S.C., office as a transportation underwriter. Steigenga is responsible for quoting new and renewal transportation risks, corresponding with company underwriters, and serving independent insurance agents in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee.

Prior to joining J.M. Wilson, Steigenga assisted agents during a summer internship at an insurance agency in Grand Haven, Mich.

J.M. Wilson is a managing general agency and surplus lines broker providing independent insurance agents access to specialty markets for both personal and commercial lines.

American Integrity Insurance has hired industry expert Gloria Hendrickson as senior vice president of Risk Management.

In her new role, Hendrickson will assume responsibility for risk management issues that directly impact the direction of the company.

She will lead the company’s catastrophe modeling capabilities, ensuring American Integrity has an immediate response in the wake of a major event, such as a hurricane. She will also provide actuarial direction in the development of products.

Hendrickson has over two decades of insurance experience, including leading both insurance and reinsurance pricing and accumulation as assistant director of Catastrophe Risk & Accumulation at XL Catlin Insurance Company in Atlanta. She began her career as a catastrophe modeler at Munich Re, where she worked in the catastrophe risk management department for 10 years.

In her most current role as VP and Catastrophe Modeling manager for the Specialty Property Unit of Hallmark Financial in Atlanta, she was responsible for creating best practices, process, and procedures for catastrophe modeling and risk accumulation to support the needs of underwriting, actuarial, claims, and finance.

Tampa-based American Integrity offers property insurance, including traditional home insurance and coverage for vacant homes, condominiums, manufactured homes and dwelling fire policies.

Central Insurance Companies has announced the promotion of David Lee to Regional Marketing manager in the companies’ Southeast Regional office.

Lee joined Central in 2003 in the Claims department. He has since held positions as Personal Lines and Commercial Lines underwriter, and most recently as Marketing manager for Northwest/Southeast Georgia.

As Regional Marketing manager, Lee will be responsible for the region’s marketing efforts and will directly supervise the marketing managers for Georgia, Virginia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
