International broker and risk management firm Integro Insurance Brokers has promoted Mike Price to lead its global Sport team.

The Atlanta-based Price will lead strategy and continued development of the sport division and work closely with the management teams in North America and the U.K. to build on the practice.

The Sport team is part of the firm’s international Entertainment & Sport Practice, and Price will report to Integro’s global Entertainment & Sport practice leader Neil Clayton in London.

Price was formerly chief executive of ESIX, a company he founded in 1994 to serve the specialized risk management and insurance needs of amateur and professional sports organizations, athletes, leagues, teams, foundations, venues and associations. Price’s client roster has grown to include a number of sports organizations, foundations, national governing bodies, associations, teams and venues. Integro acquired ESIX in December 2015.

Integro’s Entertainment and Sport Practice designs insurance programs that are responsive to the emerging and complex needs of athletes, national and international organizations and federations, helping anyone engaged in athletic competition.

PartnerRe Ltd. announced that Humberto Cabrera has been appointed to the position of head of Latin America.

He replaces interim head of Latin America, Salvatore Orlando, who will continue in his position of head of Middle East, Africa and Russia (MEAR) at PartnerRe.

Cabrera will be responsible for leading the development of PartnerRe’s business in Latin America, responding to the needs of clients and advancing the company’s strategic goals. He will report to Tad Walker, CEO of PartnerRe’s Property and Casualty segment and Group Executive Committee member.

Cabrera will be based in PartnerRe’s Miami office.

Cabrera comes to PartnerRe from Aon Benfield where he was chief commercial officer & head of treaty, Aon Benfield Latin America, responsible for strategic planning and managing regional and local reinsurance operations in Latin America. Prior to that, he was CEO and president of Aon Benfield Colombia Ltda.

Throughout his 25-year reinsurance career, Cabrera has worked exclusively in the Latin American region as well as Spanish-speaking parts of the Caribbean, achieving a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities for insurers and brokers in those regions.

SUNZ Holdings has appointed Theodore “Ted” G. Bryant to the position of executive vice president and chief legal officer of SUNZ Holdings and will report directly to Steven F. Herrig, CEO and chairman of the board.

In this newly created position, Bryant will be responsible for leading the SUNZ Law Department across the company including having principle oversight over matters such as corporate governance as it relates to contracts, regulatory compliance and general corporate matters for SUNZ Holdings and its affiliates.

He will also play an important part in the growth and development of the holding company’s affiliates, capital raising activities, mergers and acquisitions, and supporting the business development efforts.

Before joining SUNZ, Bryant served as general counsel, secretary, and executive vice president at CountryWide HR where he was head of the legal department for the holding company and its staffing and PEO subsidiaries.

Bryant also served as general counsel, secretary, and senior vice president at a regional insurance company prior to his tenure at CountryWide HR.

Throughout his 20-year legal career, Bryant has been responsible for corporate legal oversight, regulatory matters, compliance and litigation, and has been a consultant to numerous businesses.

SUNZ Holdings is the parent company to five subsidiaries. SUNZ Insurance Co. and SUNZ Insurance Solutions, the initial companies held by the holding company, were founded specifically to provide workers’ compensation solutions for professional employer organizations, staffing companies and large self-insured employers.

Other affiliates under the SUNZ Holdings moniker include: Next Level Administrators; SUNZ Insurance Agency; and DiffRins SPC.

The Villages Insurance has added Dana Ingram to its Southern Trace, Fla., location. Ingram will be one of two certified Personal Lines advisors at this location, specializing in home, auto and golf car policies.

Ingram has worked in the insurance industry for more than 15 years. Formerly with Allstate Insurance of Ocala, Fla., Ingram joined The Villages Insurance (TVIP) Team in December 2016.

The Villages Insurance has eight locations and provides insurance and risk management to more than 40,000 families and businesses in and around The Villages community.
