S&T Bank has announced that it has formed an insurance group, S&T Insurance Group, LLC. James C. Miller, president and chief executive officer of S&T Bank, said, “The formation of this insurance group serves to complement the bank’s overall financial strategy of providing a full array of financial solutions from deposit and lending products to investment management, brokerage, cash management, trust and wealth management services.”
S&T Bank, S&T Insurance Group, LLC and Earl J. Luttner, CLU, chief executive officer of Luttner Financial Group, Ltd. (LFG), Pittsburgh, PA have entered into an agreement to distribute insurance products available from The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America.
Luttner Financial Group, Ltd. is headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA with regional offices in Cleveland, Ohio and Morgantown, West Virginia. Founded in 1969, LFG currently serves over 45,000 clients in the tri-state area, and is one of the top general agencies of Guardian.
Headquartered in Indiana, PA, S&T Bank, the principal subsidiary of S&T Bancorp, Inc., operates 39 offices in Allegheny, Armstrong, Clarion, Clearfield, Indiana, Jefferson, and Westmoreland counties.
