Caliber One Management Co. has named Stewart J. Gerson as senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Caliber One Management Co. and Caliber One Indemnity Co. Gerson will report to Ronald S. Austin, president and chief operating officer.
Prior to joining Caliber One, Gerson spent five years with Reliance Insurance Group in Philadelphia as senior vice president and treasurer, and most recently as senior vice president and chief financial officer and treasurer.
The company also named Alan S. Ogilvie as vice president, e-commerce and legal of Caliber One Management Co. and Caliber One Indemnity Co.
He will also report to Austin.
Prior to joining Caliber One, Ogilvie spent ten years with Wausau Insurance Cos., holding most recently the position of managing executive distribution.
Caliber One, headquartered in Yardley, Penn., is a specialty insurance management company that focuses on the E&S industry. The company writes business through a national network of surplus lines brokers.
