Jeffrey Smith to Head Pinpoint Solutions Sales

Rick Baff, President of New Jersey’s Pinpoint Solutions, LLC, announced that Jeffrey Smith has been named Senior Vice President of the Sales organization, with the responsibility for building and managing Pinpoint’s global sales.

Smith will be co-located in Hartford Conn. with Pinpoint’s Marketing and Channels organization. His background includes positions at Sybase and Candle Corp., where he was responsible for selling highly sophisticated solutions to insurance and financial service companies.

Pinpoint Solutions provides multi-dimensional actuarial and financial analysis solutions for P/C insurers and providers. Its best known product is “ProfitCube” (TM), a software program designed to increase profitability, optimize pricing, reduce claim severity, improve sales & marketing focus, and improve the accuracy of loss reserves and forecasts.
