The New Jersey Young Insurance Professionals announced that Coryn Mastowski, CIC, CPIA, is this year’s recipient of the “Young Insurance Professional of the Year” award.
Mastowski received the honor which is given to “an individual who has exemplified a commitment to professionalism, networking and service and whose actions have served to the betterment of the NJYIP organization,” during the recent Professional Insurance Agents of New Jersey Inc’s. annual business conference.(See IJ Website June 12)
She is the CEO of Jimcor Agency in Closter. In 1999 she received the NJYIP award as Director of the Year. “This award is given to the person who actively supports and works for the goals and objectives of the NJYIPs,” said the announcement.
It went on to indicate that “Mastowski was elected to the board of directors of PIANJ this year. She serves as a member of the Association Programs Committee. Active in industry affairs, Mastowski is a member of the National Association of Insurance Women, American Association of Managing General Agents and National Association of Professional Surplus Lines Offices Ltd.”
