Benefit Partners LLC of Bethesda, Md. announced it has partnered with 33 other benefit planning firms to create United Benefit Advisors (UBA), a national coalition formed to more effectively serve more than 4 million employees across the country.
UBA, based in Indianapolis, will offer clients a host of notable new services such as “Online Employee Benefits Centers” which will allow employees to view their benefit plans in a user-friendly Web-based format. Also, as “Online Employee Benefits Centers” reduces the need for paperwork, Human Resource executives will be able to manage and update employees’ benefit plans more efficiently.
In addition, UBA is introducing “The Wisdom Network,” a revolutionary new feature that will leverage the knowledge base of each member firm by creating a common platform to share ideas and the most up-to-date information regarding benefit planning and government regulation.
