Harleysville Insurance has appointed Kevin M. Toth as senior vice president of claims. In this role, he is responsible for all claims activities for the Harleysville organization, which includes oversight of Harleysville’s home office central claims processing center in Harleysville, Pa. and four regional claims service centers in Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey and Tennessee.
Toth reports to Michael L. Browne, Harleysville’s president and chief executive officer.
Toth joined Harleysville earlier this year as vice president, associate general counsel and chief litigation counsel. Before that he was an attorney in the litigation department of the law firm of Reed Smith LLP in Philadelphia.
