DVUA has promoted Jon Bannett and Steve Allen to executive vice president, reports, Edward Levy, president and CEO.
Bannett, a DVUA employee for 25 years, is the manager of DVUA of New Jersey, Inc. and DVUA of New York, Inc. In Bannett’s role as EVP, he is the point of contact for all brokerage matters throughout the DVUA offices. His responsibilities include managing/expanding relationships with new and existing markets, quality control/submission control, assisting in market selection, differentiating between coverages, and evaluating competition.
Allen has been working with DVUA for one year. As EVP, Allen serves as the contact person for MGA/binding authority matters throughout the DVUA offices. His responsibilities are to develop/manage new and existing market relationships, monitor quality control, improve policy issuance, further territories, and meet production goals for DVUA’s Binding Authorities.
As part of this reorganization, Frank Seigel is responsible for all internal operations matters, including marketing/communications, policies and procedures, audits/compliance, and IT. Frank has been with DVUA for four years and has helped with the advancement of our IT functions, as well as our marketing, training and efficiency efforts.

It operates seven offices located in Hatboro, Pa., Massachusetts, Northern New Jersey, North Carolina, Pittsburgh, South Carolina and West Virginia, along with five marketing locations, Delaware Valley Underwriting Agency, Inc. is a member company of United America Indemnity, Ltd.
