˜The Professional Insurance Agents of New York State, New Jersey, Connecticut and New Hampshire has received an Association Excellence Award in Education for its Lunch ‘n’ Learn multimedia Web teleconference education series from the Empire State Society of Association Executives Inc.
The ESSAE Awards Program acknowledges association excellence and provides important models and benchmarks for ESSAE member associations.
The Lunch ‘n’ Learn program is an audio-conference series to help member independent insurance agencies educate their staffs at little cost in the convenience of their own offices. The series arms insurance agency personnel with valuable skills to become more productive, efficient and gain a mastery of timely insurance topics.
“PIA’s Lunch ‘n’ Learn program helps insurance professionals stay on top of current insurance topics and products in about the same time it takes them to eat their lunch,” said Diane Kattrein, the regional PIA’s executive director.
