Babcock & Helliwell, an agency in Wakefield, R.I., recently appointed Susana M. Duarte as an account manager for personal lines insurance. She will be responsible for the sales and servicing of personal lines insurance products throughout the state.
Duarte has 13 years’ experience in personal lines, most recently at A. W. Bucci Insurance Agency in West Warwick.
