I’ve had my condo, auto and umbrella policies with Travelers for years; prior to that, I had renter’s and co-op policies with them. I bought my policies direct, because I don’t need an agent acting as an intermediary on my behalf, and, because I want answers as to coverage and pricing to come straight from the horse’s mouth.
Anyway, every time I’ve called Travelers customer service for policy info or tweaking, I’ve gotten a helpful rep from Knoxville, Tennessee on the line within minutes. So, your contentions are utterly unfounded.

Yes there will, they will be in India. I hope agencies will refuse to deal will India customer service as our office is.
