The article doesn’t even answer its own question. How does MA’s malpractice rates compare to the rest of the nation? As long as Doctors can still move to a different state they may have a crisis, even if rates are lower than 1990.
Consider the source for this this obvious junk report…a law school. The report is so flawed in its methodology, I’m surprised it was even published. It be interesting to have the local medical school write a report and see if it comes to the same conclusion?
