Most of the time when they set up these sting operations on I-95, it causes more traffic back-ups and potential accidents! On 95 South at the Bryan Park Interchange (Richmond, VA area) they sit and wait for speeders during morning commuter traffic. Because of their location, everyone checks up on their breaks and then the accidents begin. Now if folks weren’t “speeding” they and not following too close, these accidents wouldn’t happen. But funny how after you pass their sting spot, the traffic flow opens up and everyone has room to drive!

NY should try this. Of course on the Long Island X-way the cops could get run over doing that. I bet they will make a ton of money. That sounds like about 5000 more tickets than usual.

If I were looking for speeders, that’s where I might look. Virtually everyone in that area is speeding. Tickets given there could wipe out the national debt. We don’t need no stinkin speed limit.
