New York insurance agency Haylor, Freyer & Coon Inc has appointed James Freyer Jr. as executive vice president. Freyer joined the agency in 1984, heading up the Manufactured Housing division as well as MHD Empire Services Corp., a licensed mortgage broker.
He is the current Chairman of the Northeast Manufactured Housing Association and is actively involved in the industry.
