New Jersey-based JM Associates has named Jean-Baptist Tateossian as vice president.
Tateossian previously served as vice president with American Home, a division of AIG based in New York, where he oversaw excess casualty underwriting divisions. He also held various insurance underwriting positions at Chubb.
JM Associates, a division of Hub International Northeast, provides insurance and risk management programs for the elevator industry.
