I can’t help but to recall another grandiose project, many years ago, in Baltimore, MD: at that time is was USF&G- riding a wave of PR successes that ultimately turned out to be hot air and nothing else; eventually grossly poor mismanagement & ineptitude led to the demise of what was a great insurance company….. History will repeat itself here.
