AmWINS Brokerage of New York has named Robert Hegarty assistant vice president and casualty broker.
Hegarty 15 years of insurance industry experience, both as an underwriter and a wholesale broker, particularly in the areas of construction, habitational, products liability, healthcare and life sciences. Before joining AmWINS, he spent 10 years at Swett & Crawford of New York.
