Strange indeed that there are any remaining defendents deemed responsible for civil damages from the 9/11 attacks. When lawsuit was filed in Federal Court in NY against the Saudi Prince and identified Saudi businessmen who partially financed the terrorist cells, Attorney Genral Alberto Gonzoles, acting per instructions of the Bush Administation filed a motion demanding that all litigation against those who provided financing to the hijackers be dismissed. If funding terrorists was not deemed a civil tort, then how can the actions of the airlines or airport security be
    deemed otherwise.
