Why not publish an article which provides information about individuals who have or are in the process of suing Allstate Ins. Co. for their fraudulent settlement practice? I have black & white proof that this particular carrier has engaged in such activity. Yes, fraud against carriers must be addressed but the same behavior by carriers against permanently injured people must also be addressed.

There’s a reason the Insurance Department in whatever state you live in has a consumer complaint deparment. Feel free to submit whatever “proof” you have with them, or file your own lawsuit.

This isn’t exactly the right forum for you to make such unfounded claims.

“Black and white proof”? Sorry Eddie K. sounds like you just have a bone to pick about a claim that wasn’t resolved to your satisfaction. If you had such proof, you wouldn’t be posting here you would be filing with the Insurance department of whatever state your in.

No small bone to pick. All complaints have been filed. Came across this article accidentally and I was compelled to offer a counterpoint. I despise fraud by anyone.

I would hardly put Allstate in the category of these Frauds. They may not always be the best payers, but then again when you purchase their Insurance you know that. If you want first class treatment go to Ace Private Risk or Chubb.
