Markel Expands Motorcycle Coverage to New Jersey

Markel American Insurance Co. has expanded its recreational vehicle coverage into New Jersey.

For over 35 years, Markel American Insurance Co. has insured factory-made and custom-built motorcycles and trikes. New Jersey becomes the 48th state where cyclists have the opportunity to save up to 35 percent on their motorcycle insurance policies by taking advantage of the various discounts and program features Markel offers. Markel also offers accident forgiveness and diminishing deductible programs.

Riders will also have the ability to customize their insurance policy to fit their personal needs beyond the New Jersey state requirements. Riders will have the option to add medical payments, funeral expenses, comprehensive coverage, collision coverage, rental reimbursement, mechanical breakdown, and 24/7 roadside assistance to their policy.
