Buffalo, N.Y.-based insurance wholesaler Russell Bond & Co. Inc. recently acquired Independent Garage and Towing Contractors Services Inc. (IGTC), also of Buffalo.
Most members of the IGTC staff have joined Russell Bond operating as a separate underwriting unit, including Jeanne Allaire, vice president; Skip Mulvey, senior account executive; Christie Miller, account executive, and new assistant Jill Gmitrowski.
Russell Bond & Co. Inc. is an insurance wholesaler headquartered in Buffalo, N.Y. Founded in 1950, the firm maintains binding authorities and brokerage access for standard, specialty, and surplus lines through admitted and non-admitted markets for clients throughout the country. The firm also maintains offices in Hamilton, N.J. and Westfield, Mass.
