If all this Risk Management was actually in place and all this additional coverage was look after, than why are they looking to FEMA and the taxpayers to pay out on their flood damage as a result of Super storm SANDY???? The building complex is only two blocks from the water….was this not something the RISK Management Group could / would have “factored in” to their coverages and building / development requirements….I thinkthis is a great promotional article but once again at the cost to the American Taxpayer.
