Bell Associates, a Greenwich, Conn.-based employee benefits agency providing healthcare benefits services to medium- and large-sized companies, has expanded its senior-level staff with the recent hires of Richard Burns, Judy Griffith and JoAnn Gulbin.
Richard Burns will serve as director of actuarial services. He will offer clients actuarial and compliance services and healthcare reform modeling, and assist employers with regards to healthcare reform. Prior to Bell Associates, Burns served as president of Contribution Health Inc.
Judy Griffith brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate law and healthcare compliance to her role as compliance director. She previously served as vice president of compliance at Contribution Health Inc.
JoAnn Gulbin joins the Bell Associates’ team as director of marketing and communications. She brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources and benefits communications. She previously served as a senior associate with the global benefits and human resources consulting firm, Mercer.
