Aon Hewitt, the global human resource consulting business of Aon plc, recently announced the hire of Michael Yinger as the global recruitment process outsourcing delivery leader in New York.
Yinger will be accountable for the execution of services provided to Aon clients, including people management, client relationships, quality and cost of program delivery to the recruitment process outsourcing program clients in the U.S. and globally.
Prior to his hire at Aon, Yinger served as vice president of implementation and technology at Randstad Sourceright where he was responsible for all recruitment process outsourcing implementations.
