Crystal & Company, a strategic risk and insurance advisor, has appointed Kathy Hope as director within the firm’s Family Enterprise Risk Practice. Reporting to Linda Bourn, Hope’s role is a senior addition to the Family Enterprise Risk team. She is based in New York.
Prior to joining Crystal & Co., Hope served as vice president and national head of client service for Marsh’s Family Office Practice. Prior to Marsh, she was vice president of administration at Okabena Company, a private family office established in 1967.
Crystal & Co. is headquartered in New York with 10 regional offices throughout the country, placing over $1 billion in premiums annually in the global insurance marketplace.
