Beecher Carlson Insurance Services LLC, a specialized large account insurance brokerage in Atlanta, has hired Allyson Martin as managing director. She is based in Beecher Carlson’s New York office.
Martin most recently served as senior vice president at Aon Risk Services.
Martin will be responsible for supporting global and domestic clients, with a focus on real estate and private equity risk. She reports to executive managing director Greg Myers.
Martin has held several leadership positions, including Real Estate Practice Leader, at several large account brokerage firms. Prior to that, Martin served as risk manager for Eastdil Realty Inc. She has Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter and Associate in Risk Management designations.
Beecher Carlson is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Florida-based Brown & Brown Inc., which, through its subsidiaries, offers insurance and reinsurance products and services, as well as risk management, third-party administration, and managed health care programs.
