York Risk Services Group Inc., a Parsippany, New Jersey-based provider of claims management, managed care, risk management and specialized loss adjusting services, has hired Barry Haring as vice president of sales, Northeast, for York’s Programs division. He is based in Boston.
Haring will be responsible for driving the development of new business from both prospective and existing managing general agents, program administrators and carrier clients in the Northeast region.
Prior to joining York, Haring was regional vice president, Programs and Direct Markets, with Zurich, with responsibility for managing program business in the Eastern U.S. through direct sales and agency/broker distribution channels. After beginning his career in a claims capacity, he held several positions of increasing responsibility for Zurich in sales and account management.
