More than just “interesting”, this new proposed statute would permit those who do not read, write or speak English to get Producer licenses, and sell insurance to clients who do not read, write or speak English. Who will advise an insured (completely and accurately) on what a policy does or does not cover, and what may be needed? Let’s stop these attempts to change America from an English speaking nation to a Spanish speaking nation. Thank goodness no one made such attempts for our Italian, German, French, etc. citizens and generations. Stupid, stupid stupid.
Interesting….. the policies are in English (with very few exceptions), why would you test in Spanish?
