Corporate Synergies, a property/casualty brokerage and employee benefits consulting firm based in Mount Laurel, New Jersey, hired Alex Alday as vice president of account management.
Alday recently worked at Lyons Companies as commercial lines team Leader before joining Corporate Synergies. He will be based in Corporate Synergies’ Wayne, Pennsylvania, office.
At Corporate Synergies, Alday will assume leadership of property/casualty account management activities and staff. Alday brings to his role 17 years of industry experience, including risk management, brokerage advisory services, underwriting, financial analysis, marketing and carrier relationships.
Corporate Synergies also announced the promotion of Kenneth Jones from producer to sales leader in the firm’s Property & Casualty Practice.
In his expanded role, Jones will manage P/C sales initiatives, establish best practices and mentor and develop the sales team. He is located at the Corporate Synergies’ New York City office and has 20 years of insurance industry experience with a concentration in the New York market.
