HM Insurance Group in Pittsburgh announced the hiring of Alex Fickes as marketing underwriter, Workers’ Compensation, for HM Insurance’s central and eastern Pennsylvania territories.
Fickes previously worked as business development underwriter at ICW Group. He is based in HM Insurance’s Philadelphia Regional Sales Office in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.
HM Insurance also announced that Monica Penn joined the company as marketing underwriter, Workers’ Compensation, for eastern Pennsylvania territories, including northeast Pennsylvania, the Lehigh Valley and the Philadelphia suburbs.
Penn previously worked as senior workers’ compensation account underwriter at Berkshire Hathaway/Guard Insurance Company. She is also based in HM Insurance’s Philadelphia Regional Sales office in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.
Headquartered in Pittsburgh, HM Insurance offers workers’ compensation coverage throughout Pennsylvania. The company also offers stop loss insurance, in addition to providing managed care reinsurance.
