Rehab due to forced attendence does not work. The patient must want the recovery offered or it is just an incintive to get through with the torture and go back to doing what they like.

Good for Christie. He gets it and correctly said that it is a gateway drug to more serious drugs like Meth, Cocaine and others. The pro Marijuana crowd says it is just for medical use. As we have seen in Colorado and other states, the recreational crowd just loves to have access and they stay high most of the time.

Except in reality, it is not a gateway drug. I don’t think it is smart to use, but the data shows that the vast majority of people who use marijuana do not go on to use other harder drugs.

There are already too many “legal” drugs and users on our streets and roads, and hardly a day goes bye without police stopping a driver who is under the influence of drugs just in my local – suburban-rural – area. Democrats love to give these types of “freedoms” to people because the less responsible people in our society believe the Democrats are “on their side” and are helpful to them. A pox on both their houses. Drug addicts are responsible for a great many accidents and injuries, and maybe, because they are irresponsible, do not carry insurance to reimburse those they hurt.

lolol You actual believe the “gateway” theory. I don’t think you have a clue what “wisdom” is all about.

So Democrats are “less responsible people”, that’s priceless. I’m ignoring your response about cannabis, because you are uneducated about cannabis and I’m not a democrat.

Armando, I see the joint used have weighed in with their nasty comments. That is what happens when Marijuana is used recreationally. It deludes their minds.

Says the guy who comes on here and repeats every discredited right-wing lie, and comments first on every story having anything to do with weather about how climate change is fake. I bet you think man and dinosaurs walked the earth at the same time, that the earth is only 6,000 years old, and that evolution is “just a theory”.

Armando with all due respect, are you privileged to information that the rest are not. Please share how you come to know these facts and perhaps others will understand your point of view. Please delineate your facts I’m curious to know.

Hey Just, do you ever pay attention to the news on all the tragic events that happen with drug users and drug pushers, the violence from drug deals gone bad and the resulting deaths and injuries.

True Stories from my Agency experience: A goofy Marijuana user decided to make some big money so he decided to grow weed in his home, put in the high powered lights to grow it, shorted out the electrical and burned the house down to the tune of $350,000. I insure the bank that had the lien on the home. They had to be satisfied on the insurance coverage (thank God it was with Farmer’s) but the insured was not paid anything and was prosecuted. 2. Another story of a Meth dealer cooking it in a bathtub with the highly volatile chemicals they use. An informant told the Police who surrounded the home and there was no peaceful surrender. The guy was so high he just opened up with his weapon and we had a suicide by cop situation. Drugs are a scourge on our society and it all started with recreational use of Marijuana.
