@FFA: It is unclear from the article as to whether or not this was previously counted among the 12 failures out of the original 23 (not 22) COOPs, with 8 of the remaining 11 being in dire straits. This is just an announcement that the NY COOP is headed to the Liquidation Gallows of the NY SID.
Regardless, it seems like it will only be a matter of time before the game of musical chairs of COOPs ends with no chairs remaining for the last 3 COOPs currently standing (vs. the 8 currently staggering) to sit in.
