Legal Aid Group Challenges Virginia’s Suspension of Driver’s Licenses Over Unpaid Fees

    So if these folks can’t pay court costs (what is that, less than $100?), we’re expected to believe these drivers are paying for their auto insurance, or can otherwise afford to pay a claim in the event of causing bodily injury or property damage while driving their vehicles?

    They want the rest of society to bear the cost of them on the roads while not being able to afford the “privilege” of it? Driving is not a right. (Oh, I forget, EVERYTHING is a right now.)
