John Harris has joined Sean Brady and Huntington, New York-based Brady Risk Management as managing director of the newly formed Brady Risk Program Managers.
Harris has served as the chief underwriting officer for a number of national insurance companies and is an expert in program development, alternative risk transfer and client relations. His success in these areas is supported by his underwriting and brokerage experience, combined with a special interest in the alternative market and workers’ compensation.
Brady Risk Program Managers has established a Health Care Risk Management Solutions team to assist health care companies in navigating their risk management and to take advantage of the inefficiencies in the market place, specifically in regards to workers’ compensation.
As a program manager for more than 20 years, Brady Risk Management has structured numerous national programs for large employers and has been the program manager for one of the most successful hospitality programs in the country.
With the addition of Harris as managing director to steer Brady Risk Program Managers, and with the combined success of Brady Risk Management, companies across the country will have access to unique and proprietary solutions. This is expected to provide intellectual and economic value to clients and in turn produce increased earnings through risk management.
