Frederick Mutual Insurance Company has appointed Shad Collins as senior vice president and chief information officer. Collins has relocated to the company’s headquarters in Frederick, Maryland, to take on his new role.
He has more than 30 years of experience in technology and business management with small, mid-cap and Fortune 500 companies in numerous industries. He most recently served as managing partner and chief solutions officer for Digital Alchemy Solutions.
Prior to that, he served as the vice president of information technologies for Bojangles’ Restaurants in the Carolinas from 2001 to 2015.
As the CIO of Frederick Mutual, Collins will oversee all technology strategy and operations.
